Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

The Role

As Senior Manager, Financial Reporting you will ensure the financial health of the business while supporting our growth across the real estate ecosystem. You'll lead reporting cycles, strengthen controls, and partner across teams to turn numbers into decisions.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Partner with leadership to translate reporting into strategy.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and Nigerian financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
